Farah Bhatti is counsel in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Orange County and Silicon Valley offices. As a member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Department, she concentrates her practice on trademark prosecution and litigation. Farah has extensive experience in trademark searching, clearance, prosecution and enforcement. She has represented numerous clients in matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Prior to joining McDermott, Farah was an associate at a high-tech law firm. Before that, she was a trademark examining attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office where she examined more than 2000 trademark applications and represented the Trademark Office in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Farah is a member of the California state bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California. She is also a member of the New York State Bar and is a member of the International Trademark Association.
