Ralinda Harvey is the owner of Gloss Marketing---a Contemporary Fashion focused consulting firm that helps to grow established and emerging businesses. Working with style related companies to blend the principles of marketing and merchandising, she collaborates with them to become solid brands, expand their reach and achieve ultimate profitability.

Ralinda began her career in the corporate retail at Gap Inc. Working in each of the Gap brands (Gap International, Old Navy and Banana Republic), she gained extensive knowledge in merchandising, marketing and garment production.

She later went on to launch the Ecommerce website of high end apparel company Michael Stars. As a consultant she's helped to launch the lines of exciting new talent, taught marketing at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and hosts business workshops for designers and manufacturers.
