Updating a Five Year Financial Plan

A three-week “hands on” training course is designed to assist existing apparel manufacturers update, or redevelop a five year working financial plan that can be used as a guide for, sales projections and production needs.
Calculation of past sales and operational costs will be examined to evaluate future growth and financial needs of a growing apparel company.
Course participants meet once per week and will complete a working financial plan for final review by the third session.
